Donor data is used to process your donation, send receipts, and provide patient updates you have requested. Patient data is used only for verification and case publication (with explicit consent). Contact form data is used only to respond to your enquiry. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Patient stories are published only with explicit written or verbal consent from the patient or their guardian. Medical details shared on the website are limited to what is necessary for donors to understand the case. Patient photos are published only with consent. We protect the identity of minors wherever possible.
We use minimal session cookies required for the website to function. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Donor records are retained for 7 years for financial accountability. Contact form submissions are retained for 2 years. Patient application documents are retained for 7 years and then securely destroyed.
