The problem
In Pakistan, thousands of people die every year from treatable illnesses — cancer, kidney failure, congenital heart disease — not because a cure does not exist, but because their families cannot afford it. Government schemes are incomplete, private care is out of reach, and when a family runs out of money, treatment simply stops. The gap between life and death is often just a few hundred dollars.
Our solution
PulseGivers is a transparent medical-giving platform that connects donors directly with individually verified patients. We review medical records, confirm the case with the treating hospital, and — where possible — visit the family before publishing any appeal. Donors fund the specific, costed treatment a patient needs, and we pay the hospital directly.
Why we are different
- 100% model: every donation reaches the patient — zero administrative fees; the founder covers operating costs personally.
- Direct-to-hospital: funds are never given as cash; they are paid to the hospital or pharmacy, with a receipt collected within 48 hours.
- Verified before published: a multi-step verification process protects donors from fraud.
- Personal accountability: donors receive a photo and update within two weeks, and monthly impact reports are published.
- Global reach: donors from 30+ countries, with international payment methods (Wise, bank transfer) and Zakat-eligible giving.
How funding is used
Grants and CSR funding let us move faster and help patients who cannot wait for public donations to accumulate. Contributions are directed to:
- Patient treatment funds — chemotherapy cycles, dialysis sessions, surgeries, and medication paid directly to hospitals.
- Case verification — the field work, documentation, and hospital coordination that keeps every case trustworthy.
- Blood-donor network — matching urgent blood requests to volunteer donors by group and city.
What we are building
PulseGivers is completing formal registration as a charitable organisation, after which independently audited accounts will be published. Our 12-month goals are to deepen hospital relationships, publish verified outcomes with receipts, and grow a base of recurring donors and institutional funders.
The ask
We invite foundations, CSR programmes, and philanthropists to fund verified medical care through PulseGivers — whether by sponsoring a treatment category, matching donations, or providing a grant toward patient funds and verification capacity. Every contribution is receipted and reported.
Let's talk. We are happy to provide case documentation, references, and a tailored proposal.
